Sansui AU-317 I bought the last one at a reasonable price and I want to give it (him? her?) a second life! It is working correctly, maybe a slight imbalance between the 2 channels. The AU317 is a capable and respected 50 WPC mid range amp. It was produced 1978-1980 when Sansui was at the height of its engineering game. It's a clean, precise and realistic amp. I run mine with a pair of 6 ohm Klipsch KG4 speakers rated at 120 WPC. They work well together with a Technics table.

The AU-317 was introduced in 1977 and featured crisp style that has outlasted many Sansui devices before it, as well as those that came after it. It has a purposeful, almost military design thanks to its black steel casework, matt black aluminium fascia, and smooth switchgear. Rack mounting handles were uncommon, but they offer visual interest.
